Part Design, Tool Design, Tool Build, Manufacturing of Injection Molding, and Secondary Operations including - Primary Assembly, Subassembly, Pad Print, and other Decorating - We build visually critical as well as tight tolerance components.

Our engineers, with over 25 combined years of experience, working with your design team through Concurrent Engineering, provide maximum product success, and product delivery, accelerating speed to market. Through mold flow analysis we can determine optimal gate location, venting issues, weld line location, part temperature variations, and optimal wall thickness, preventing problem areas and arriving at the root cause, and provide solutions.

World Class Plastics can produce products from a variety of engineered plastic resins. We have experience with -- but are not limited to -- glass-filled plastics, numerous nylons, polypropylene, polyethylene, acetyl, ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, thermoplastic rubber and flexible PVC.

Automated OGP Video Comparator with "Touch Probe" capabilities offers accurate and consistent measurements. Raw material is thoroughly inspected before production begins. Finished parts are produced to your standards and inspected with calibrated equipment.


If the SPC program determines the part to be out of the "Control Limits" discrimination chutes automatically reject parts in red tubs for "Root Cause Analysis." Yellow tubs are used until a final inspection is completed.


Metrology stations at each work cell captures critical dimensions and attributes. Using Synergy 2000 system we have Real Time process/part data collection, Real Time reaction on the production floor and Automated History created for traceability. Our Customer is able to review actual WCPI data through secured Internet access and eliminate QC checks at receiving inspection.


Part Design complete to Tool Build is facilitated through our years of combined experience and use of the latest technology. Elimination of potential errors and building a tool that produces parts to spec with the first shot saves our customer valuable time and money. Solidworks and Surfcam are the software programs we use in our design stage. We are able to receive files in Catia, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, and many general formats. Our Tool Makers have years of experience and have extensive training on the latest tooling technology. Some or our Tooling Equipment: 3 Axis CNC Ram EDM with 32 position tool changer, Clausing Colchester Lathe, Okamoto Fine Feed Surface Grinders, Dynapath 3 Axis Mill.
